1.     What currency are the prices quoted in?

       
        
All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGP).

2.     Are the prices inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST)?

        Yes, all prices include the GST. As we are not GST registered, we are not able to issue any GST refund.

3.     What are the mode of payment?

        We accept cash and internet transfer payment ONLY. We do not accept any other mode of payment. NETS, credit card and other mode of payment will incur 2 to 5% addition                           charges for each transaction. For maximum saving to our customers, we do not accept any other mode of payment so that we can pass down the savings.

4.     Do the products come with any warranty?

        All products come with manufacturer's warranty unless stated otherwise. For export set, no warranty is given.

5.     Do you have stocks for all products listed?


        As we keep minimum stocks, please email to admin@b3bravo.com or call 91629396 to order and allow a turn around time of 1 to 2 weeks depending on the product.

6.     I cannot find the products I want on your website. What can I do?

        Cannot find the products you are looking on our website? Email us and we will source them out for you.

Internet Transfer Payment

2.     For payment, please make your internet transfer to the  following account.

3.     After you have made the transfer, email admin@b3bravo.com or sms 91629396 the bank transfer reference code. Our sale staff will contact you for pick up or arrange for delivery once            the stock arrive.


Purchase terms and conditions

1.     All good(s) sold are non-refundable, unless due to manufacturing defects.

2.     If no other items are available, you may exchange for another item of the same value. There will be no refund for fall below                    exchange amount.

3.     In the event, the exchange cannot be fulfilled; we will retain your purchased value for exchange when the next batch of good(s)            arrives.

4.     No cancellation of order once order has been made.

5.     Only upon full payment of the item(s), we will then process your order(s).
